There are several different Tournament Staff roles needed every year to support our tournament.   If you are interested in any of these roles please contact our tournament director or email . 

Brief descriptions are provided below.

• Tournament Director & Assistant Director:Manages overall tournament strategy from registering teams and determining brackets to recruiting volunteers, securing gym space and managing the tournament budget.  Requires and extensive time committment the weekend .

• Tournament Volunteer Director: Organize all volunteer related activities, including communication plans, tourneyville management and volunteer sign up .

• Tournament Safety/COVID19 Director:  Oversee all the cleaning protocals necessary to keep all players, coaches and spectators safe.

• Site Director: General management of a site being utilized for the tournament, including resolving any issues, working with concession leaders, and serving as point of contact for refs and medical professionals.  There is one site director identified for each facility used during the tournament

• Assistant Site Director:  Assists the Site Director in all activities to manage the location during throughout the tournament.  Additionally, this person serves as the Score General (see below) in all sites with two or fewer gyms.  There is one assistant site director assigned to each facility used during the tournament

• Site Score General - Ensures each court and game is prepared for score keeping and clock management with the necessary volunteers and supplies, records game scores to web and posters, sweeps/cleans courts, keeps games flowing throughout the tournament. 

• Tournament Trophy Coordinator: Manage the labeling and sorting of trophies and t-shirts; as well as delivering trophies to all appropriate locations and teams when needed

• Tournament Concessions & Delivery Director: Manages concession inventory and determines meal plan for concessions, distribute equipment, manages Concession Site Leaders, assist in preparing and delivering food, serve customers, and train volunteers.  Deliver equipment and supplies needed  to sites pre-tournament, collect and return all items post tournament, also advise the Delivery/Runner volunteers throughout the tournament.

• Tournament Banker: Collect and manage money from site concessions and deposit in bank
